What weight loss techniques or diets have you tried and believe are successful?

I have tried a few different things, but honestly, I believe it is the one thing that we all know, that has the most success…eat healthy and in moderation and exercise. That always works, but it’s me that goes off track at times. Then I feel guilty and the roller coaster begins again! But we need to focus on our thinking and change. I am still learning not be hard on myself so I get back on track quicker. We are all human and I love food! For me, it will be a lifelong process.
