I have heard great things about this! Mostly to drink it first thing in the morning (on an empty stomach) as a kick-start before exercising to help burn calories and aid weight loss. I did it originally for selfish reasons! I was tired of getting up extra early to make my salad to take to work for lunch every day as I was trying to be good and eat healthy.
