Are there benefits of drinking lemon and water?

I have heard great things about this! Mostly to drink it first thing in the morning (on an empty stomach) as a kick-start before exercising to help burn calories and aid weight loss. I’ve also read that it helps cleanse the liver, it’s great for your skin, a great source of vitamins, aids digestion and helps fight bacteria in the gut! I have tried it a few times but can’t seem to get used to the taste.
