I have tried a few different things, but honestly, I believe it is the one thing that we all know, that has the most success…eat healthy and in moderation and exercise. That always works, but it’s me that goes off track at times. Then I feel guilty and the roller coaster begins again! But we need to focus on our thinking and change.
